Lindsay became a student of yoga in 1995. Since then her journey has taken her to Ashrams to learn Sanskrit and mantras, tropical rainforests to heal with nature, juvenile prisons to teach yoga and now Australia. She has studied Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, AshtangaYin and Bikram.

Through it all she has discovered that yoga really is for everyone. As a teacher she loves to create a space for the student to celebrate who they are and to find a deep relationship with the power of their breathe. She looks forward to meeting you on the mat.
