I discovered my passion for sports and the art of human movement since beginning Martial Arts from a young age, further leading to developing an interest in Dancing and Performing Arts. Through years of training, this passion grew to training, performing, competing and teaching dance in Sydney and overseas to people of all ages looking to get fit, learn a new skill to show off on the dance floor, or just have some good fun.

Following a lower back injury in 2009, I sought treatment from many different therapies with no sign of relief, which also led to an inability to dance, work, and a dependency on pain relief medication. After several months of depression and utter hopelessness, I was introduced to a Chiropractor who helped me to understand my condition, treat my pain, and educated me to manage and prevent further injury recurrence. I was able to return to work, dance, working out at the gym, and continue to do the things in my life, even the small things that made me happy. This incredible experience with my Chiropractor inspired me to completely change my career from Mechatronic Engineering and pursue the natural health therapeutic principles of Chiropractic in order to help others by educating, treating, and facilitating greater well being.

I attained my Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University with a study of Diversified manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, physical and functional rehabilitative exercises. My main focus is to deliver the power of the Chiropractic adjustment. In addition to this, I continue to develop an understanding of the mind-body relationship through Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).

I am committed to providing the best care to patients seeking natural help to treat pain, understand the condition, and empower to move from a passive to active care paradigm in order to enable taking control of one’s own health towards a greater active lifestyle.
